Child support calculator
REVIEW BUILD 0.2Federal tables, parenting arrangements and section 7 expenses.
Family & income
Use annual guideline incomes after appropriate adjustments. Taxable income and guideline income are not always the same.
Children’s details
One row per supported child. Names are optional. Enter an age as of the calculation date, or a birth date to calculate it automatically. Ages do not automatically determine support eligibility.
Which income and table should I use?
Choose the table applicable to the paying parent under the relevant guidelines. Review total income and the required adjustments, including self-employment, corporate income and imputation. This build accepts an already determined guideline income; it does not decide those issues.
Mixed arrangements, adult-child adjustments, undue hardship and step-parent discretion require separate analysis. A higher-income table amount is not a judicial determination under section 4.
